Die App ist dein interaktiver Begleiter durch das aufregende 1. Jahr mit Baby. Sie stammt vom Netzwerk Gesund ins Leben, einer IN FORM-Initiative der Bundesregierung.
Baby & Essen bietet dir Informationen und praktische Unterstützung vom Stillen, über die Flaschenmilch und die Beikost bis zum Familienessen. Auch die Ernährung der stillenden Mutter und die wichtige Rolle des Vaters werden erklärt. Die App basiert auf den bundesweit einheitlichen und wissenschaftlich fundierten Empfehlungen zur Säuglingsernährung und Ernährung der stillenden Mutter des Netzwerks Gesund ins Leben.
Mit der neuen Tagebuch-Funktion der App kannst du Erinnerungen an besondere Momente – auch in Form von Fotos – festhalten. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du dich auch regelmäßig erinnern lassen, Tagebuch zu schreiben.
Ob mit Fleisch, Fisch oder vegetarisch: Mit dem Brei-Kalkulator kannst du Rezepte erstellen, speichern und teilen. Größere Mengen lassen sich ebenfalls berechnen. So kann der Brei vorgekocht und portionsweise eingefroren werden. Das spart Zeit und Nerven.
Auch Schwangere und Eltern von Kleinkindern können sich per App über eine ausgewogene Ernährung und eine gesunde Lebensweise informieren. Dazu haben das Kompetenzzentrum für Ernährung (KErn) und die Stiftung Kindergesundheit in Kooperation mit dem Netzwerk Gesund ins Leben eigene Apps entwickelt. Baby & Food offers you information and practical support from breastfeeding, through the bottle milk and the complementary foods to family meals. Also, the feeding of the nursing mother and the important role of the father are explained. The app is based on the nationwide consistent and scientifically sound recommendations on infant nutrition and nutrition of the nursing mother of the network Healthy in life.
With the new diary function of the app, you can capture memories of special moments - even in the form of photos. If you want, you can also be regularly reminded to write a diary.
Whether with meat, fish or vegetarian: With the porridge calculator you can create, save and share recipes. Larger quantities can also be calculated. So the porridge can be precooked and frozen in portions. This saves time and nerves.
Even pregnant women and parents of toddlers can find out about a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle via app. To this end, the Competence Center for Nutrition (KErn) and the Foundation for Child Health have developed their own apps in cooperation with Netzwerk Gesund in Leben.
